Our Story
Blue Bottle Gin is all about balance.
Each of the 9 botanicals has been chosen for it’s own flavour and aroma, but just as importantly how they work together. There’s a lot of flavour, but this is tempered by 47% alcohol and the delicate balance of botanicals.
We use juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom, angelica, cubebs, nutmeg, fresh citrus peel and gorse flowers to create the unique Blue Bottle taste.
What makes us so special?
Blue Bottle is distilled and bottled in small batches exclusively on the beautiful island of Guernsey.
When developing the Blue Bottle recipe, founder Matt wanted to capture the essence of Guernsey in our gin.
To do this we harvest by hand fresh gorse flowers from around the island, quickly freeze them and include them in every batch, ensuring every sip embodies memories of the sun drenched south coast cliffs bursting with the coconut and vanilla fragrance of gorse.

Blue Mantis Vodka
Small batch vodka distilled in the copper still at the Three Fingers Distillery in Guernsey.
Crafted from 100% malted barley which gives our vodka a distinct softness and mouth feel. Triple distilled and quadruple filtered, it can be served straight from the freezer or over ice with your favourite mixer.
